Spherion is excited to partner with an established local construction company in Brenham, TX seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent!
Responsibilities:
The Construction Superintendent manages and maintains a safe construction site ensuring employees, vendors, and subcontractors adhere to safety regulations. Ensures projects are completed on time and budget. Conduct daily meetings, site walks and safety inspections. Maintain a database of all contacts, bid documents, pay applications, invoices. Report to the Project Manager status of the project including matters needing attention by a superior. This is a working Superintendent position.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
4+ years as a Construction Superintendent
Education:
Trade
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
Experience with new construction.
Experience with large commercial projects.
