Job Description

StataCorp is seeking a motivated individual to join our Accounts Communication team. In this role, you are responsible for supporting relationships with existing and potential customers by providing high-quality customer service.

Job duties

  • Inform customers of upcoming subscription renewals

  • Follow up with customer inquiries to product requests

  • Maintain account team relationships by working with Account Representatives and Account Managers

  • Provide feedback from customers to account team

  • Promote awareness of renewal opportunities

  • Suggest process improvements to provide a better customer experience

  • Maintain accurate customer and product information in the customer database

Candidate requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong customer service and account management skills

  • The ability to pay close attention to details

  • Good judgment and strong decision-making skills

  • The ability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 6:00, with one rotating day off
