Job Description

Job duties 

  • Assisting in the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR staff
  • Managing job postings and applicants through online applicant tracking system
  • Maintaining personnel files
  • Assembling and processing new hire paperwork
  • Executing Affirmative Action Plan reports using online system
  • Handling employee requests through online human resources database and internal avenues
  • Assisting with accounts payable process
  • Assisting with timesheet review for payroll
  • Assisting employees with travel expense reporting
  • Reviewing employee expense reports
  • Internal forms maintenance and updates using Adobe Pro


Candidate requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and the promotion of interpersonal relationships based on trust and respect
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Pro
  • At least 1 year of office administrative experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills with an emphasis on providing outstanding customer service
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities


Preferred candidate requirements

  • Some college
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an HR and/or Accounting/Bookkeeping administrative capacity
