Responsibilities:
Utilize various job posting platforms to identify qualified talent for open positions within the company.
Prescreen candidates and determine eligibility for employment.
Scheduled, rescheduled, and canceled interviews with applicants/ hiring managers within an organization.
Coordinate availability with all parties partaking in the interview process.
Inform and provide answers/ insight to organizations policies and procedures.
Create job descriptions and post jobs through various platforms.
Build and maintain pipeline of candidates.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Experience working as a Recruiter is strongly preferred.

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Must be proficient with multitasking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
Ability to learn and navigate internal software.
Must have experience in human resources and/ or recruiting experience.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
