Job Description
The Patient Care Coordinator is a key member of the team and is responsible for leading the patient experience and journey through Natural Bio Health, while also keeping the clinic flow on track and moving. The PCC must be able to multitask, be positive, led by example, create solutions not problems, and see every task through to completion.

Expectations include, but are not limited to: Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a timely, positive, and professional manner; maintain positive relationships with existing patients, team members, suppliers, and vendors; build trust with prospective patients; increase overall patient and team satisfaction; provide great customer service.

This will be achieved through various initiatives and responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to: ∙ Educate and explain services, products, pricing, and medications to patients ∙ Research and resolve customer inquiries ∙ Assist providers and patients with medication, supplements, and ordering needs ∙ Collect payment from patients for medications and services ∙ Follow up with patients and customers to ensure satisfaction and well being ∙ Responsible for maintaining great customer service communications with team and patients.

Schedule, Compensation, and Benefits
Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Compensation is based on experience; starting pay $20 per hour
120 hours of PTO annually, accrued based on hours worked and Six (6) paid Holidays per year.
100% employer paid health care via BCBS "Bronze Plan". Employee can buy in to a silver or gold plan. Access to medical services, products, and offerings at company cost.
$50 monthly credit to be used on medical services, products, and offerings.
