Responsibilities:
Provide support to multiple attorneys within the firm.
Utilize various computer software to carry out daily tasks needing completion.
Assist attorneys with clerical and research support such as document preparation, analyzing documents, interviewing clients, obtaining information, and gathering facts.
Draft and review documents, as well as collect and compile various information in order to provide insight and recommendations to attorneys.
Provide support regarding insurance support cases and litigation cases.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience working in a litigation law firm is strongly preferred, though not required.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
3- 5 years experience working as a Paralegal, Legal Admin, or Legal Assistant and/ or equivalent educational experience/ Paralegal Certification.
Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize various tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Ability to multitask and carry out research tasks to assist attorneys in gathering of information.
Professional demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
