Event Description:
Here is your chance for a healthier workforce in just 6 weeks! 

The 2017 Chamber Fitness Challenge is a 6-week competition featuring Chamber members and their guests. The  teams are made up of four individuals per team, companies may have more than one team, (individuals without a team will be matched up with a team). 

Teams will participate in an initial group weigh-in on August 18, 2017.


Individual and team awards will be given for the highest fat loss percent in relation to your starting total body weight at the Health and Wellness Luncheon October 10, 2017.

If you are interested, here is what you need to do:
  1. Sign up as an individual or put together a team of 4 motivated individuals

  3. Email your completed registration form to: samantha@bcschamber.org
  4. Meet your personal trainer August 18 (1st weigh in) and coordinate with your team when the best time is for all four of you to workout with your trainer! ​

    August 14 - Registration closes
    August 18 - Kick-off team weigh in
    August 21 - First week of workouts
    September 29 - Final team weigh in

Fees/Admission:
Cost is $140/individual paid directly to your trainer. Participants will pay a $25 registration fee upon registration online or calling 979.260.5200.
-This program includes 6 weekly 1 hour training sessions
-Nutritional consultation
-2 bonus Saturday workouts
-Unlimited Recovery Lounge for all participants at Alpha Sports Chiropractic
-Unlimited access to the participating local gyms. Participants are encouraged by their trainer to workout on the other days of the week.
