Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines with accuracy and consistency to assemble garments according to specifications.
- Follow detailed sewing instructions and work from production orders to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring all items meet quality control requirements before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper setup and maintenance of sewing equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machine issues promptly and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of sewing tools and materials.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors of material needs.
Experience
- Prior experience in chairs/seating sewing or textiles is highly preferred.
- ?Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines.
