We are seeking an organized, friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization and play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and transfer phone calls as needed
- Direct clients to appropriate the area
- Perform some administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing and managing office supplies
- Ensure the office is ready for meetings, including setting up and preparing materials as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other duties as assigned
