Lead engaging, safe, and welcoming yoga classes for participants of all fitness levels. Provide clear instruction on proper form, breathing techniques, and movement modifications while creating a positive, encouraging environment. Plan and deliver well-structured sessions that promote flexibility, strength, balance, mobility, and overall wellness. Ensure the training area is clean and organized before and after each class, monitor participant safety throughout the session, and build strong relationships
