Walter Qualls is the President of the Bed and Breakfast Association of Brazos Valley (BBABV) since 2002, providing direction and assistance to its B&B membership. Along with wife Jenny, they have been the Inn-Keepers at the Pin Oak Bred & Breakfast (pinoakbb.com) since 2000 serving over 4000 guests, this making him familiar with the needs and issues of the B&B industry. As such, Walter provides experience, education and guidelines to current and prospective Inn-Keepers. “The BBABV purpose is to provide guidance and tools to our member Inn-Keepers in order that a higher degree of professionalism can be achieved, enabling our Inn-Keepers to meet the needs and desires of our guest by providing ‘Unique Accommodations’.”
