About Us
Lucky Goat Coffee in Bryan, Texas is a locally owned coffee shop rooted in hospitality, community, and excellent coffee. Owned and operated by Jimmy and Jana Rourk, Lucky Goat exists to be more than a place to grab a drink. Our hope is to create a warm, welcoming space where students, families, professionals, neighbors, and visitors can gather, work, connect, and feel at home.
Our story is shaped by faith, family, and a deep love for people. For more than two decades, the Rourk family has served in full-time ministry with Valor, investing in cadets and students around the world, from The Citadel to London to Texas A&M. Hospitality has always been central to our lives through shared meals, mentoring, community-building, and opening our home to others. Lucky Goat gives us the opportunity to continue that same calling in a new way here in Bryan.
We proudly serve Lucky Goat Coffee, known for quality roasting, bold flavor, and great coffee. Alongside handcrafted espresso drinks, brewed coffee, cold brew, teas, and café favorites, we aim to offer a customer experience marked by kindness, excellence, and genuine care.
Located in the Shops at Hudson Oaks on University Drive East, Lucky Goat Coffee is honored to be part of the Bryan–College Station business community.
