About Us

The TECH Group harnesses human potential through training and development, evaluation, and transformational life coaching. We are passionate about lifelong learning through executive coaching and leadership development, developing team capacity through training programs, and offering evaluation services to drive continuous improvement with evidence of impact. Life coaching was recently added to focus on adults going through a major life transition. We have a unique 12-Week program for Baby Boomers called "Retirement to Reinvention." We prefer small-group coaching and only run two cohorts a month (10 people) in this selective program. One-on-one and hourly coaching is also available. Participation in a monthly vision workshop is how to claim discounted rates.
