Diane Martin is a bilingual (English/Spanish) operations leader with extensive experience in healthcare administration, business management, and real estate. As Director of Operations at Visiting Angels in the Brazos Valley, she oversees HR, finance, compliance, and client services, managing a team of 100+ caregivers and delivering 67,000+ annual service hours. Diane is passionate about building strong teams, ensuring high-quality care, and creating efficient systems that balance client satisfaction with workforce reliability. Diane brings over a decade of expertise in sales, leadership, and community engagement. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration & Management with/ multiple certifications, including Texas HCSSA Administrator & Certified Marketing Executive. Dedicated to growth, collaboration, and service, she continues to foster trusted partnerships across the Brazos Valley.
