The Commercial Regional Manager oversees and manages the operations, leasing, and performance of commercial real estate assets within an assigned region. This role is responsible for ensuring financial growth, operational excellence, and tenant satisfaction by implementing effective property management strategies and collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate management, strong leadership capabilities, and exceptional analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring optimal occupancy, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction. Leasing and Tenant Relations: Manage leasing activities, negotiate lease agreements, and build strong relationships with current and prospective tenants. Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and analyze income and expense reports to maximize property profitability. Property Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing recommendations to optimize the property portfolio. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor property management staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate management. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Preferred Skills
Certification in Property Management (e.g., CPM, RPA). Experience managing a regional portfolio of properties. Proven success in tenant retention and relationship management. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic mindset. Familiarity with marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
