StataCorp is seeking a motivated individual to join our Accounts Communication team. In this role, you are responsible for supporting relationships with existing and potential customers by providing high-quality customer service.
Job duties
- Respond to customer inquiries for product information and pricing

Inform customers of upcoming subscription renewals

Follow up with customer inquiries to product requests

Maintain account team relationships by working with other Account Representatives and Account Managers

Provide feedback from customers to account team

Promote awareness of renewal opportunities

Suggest process improvements to provide a better customer experience

Maintain accurate customer and product information in the customer database
Candidate requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service and account management skills

The ability to pay close attention to details

Good judgment and strong decision-making skills
- The ability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with one rotating day off
