Schedule / Working Hours: Boutique Hours | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Includes weekends and seasonal periods)

Compensation: $20.00 / hour (Direct Hire) + Commission / Performance Incentives
Position Summary
We are seeking a high-end Luxury Sales Consultant to join an elite boutique team in College Station, TX. In this role, you will serve as a trusted expert and advisor to private collectors and clients, guiding them through rare gemstone acquisitions, bespoke design consultations, and iconic high-jewelry collections.
This position is ideal for a polished professional who excels at high-ticket consultative sales, personalized client relationship management (clienteling), and storytelling centered on fine artistry and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities

High-Jewelry Sales: Drive and exceed individual sales targets through the expert presentation of fine jewelry, certified diamonds, colored gemstones, and unique luxury creations.

VIP Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain a dedicated portfolio of private clients through tailored consultations, milestone celebrations, and exclusive private viewings.

Product Expertise & Storytelling: Articulate the origin, rarity, design history, and gemological details of each piece to highlight its artistic and intrinsic value.

Boutique Standards & Security: Maintain strict vault management, high-value inventory integrity, and luxury security/loss prevention protocols within the boutique.

Bespoke Services: Oversee custom design orders, sizing, specialized repairs, and after-sales care with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Experience & Skills:

Experience: 1–4 years of proven success in fine jewelry, luxury timepieces, high-end fashion, or luxury private sales.

Clienteling Track Record: Demonstrated history of cultivating a loyal client book and consistently closing high-value sales transactions.

Professional Poise: Flawless verbal and written communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a discreet, polished demeanor.

Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work luxury retail schedules, including weekends, holidays, and key seasonal periods.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!):

Formal gemological training or certifications (e.g., GIA Graduate Gemologist or Applied Jewelry Professional).

Deep network of local luxury retail clientele or private collectors in the Brazos Valley area.
Education:
