Gigit Tyler and Carly Maderer opened Tyler and Maderer, PLLC in 2015 with the same vision: build a stronger community. Their Firm proudly serves the disabled community by offering legal help with Social Security and Long-Term disability benefits, establishing an estate plan utilizing special needs trusts and alternatives to guardianship, providing Medicaid planning, navigating the probate courts and seeking guardianship for the incapacitated. For the business community, the Firm is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs fulfill their dreams of owning a business while protecting their personal assets, and offering advice in regard to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, equity/asset purchase and sale agreements, employment contracts and overall corporate structure.
